We usually deliver within 4-7 working days of placement of the order. However, the delivery timeline would vary for the orders with multiple items, the availability of products and any other reason beyond the control of D. Samson and Sons (Private) Limited. 

A delivery charge of Rupees two hundred and thirty (Rs.230/=) or above shall be applicable for all orders placed via the website and this will depend on the delivery address location and the weight of the final order. The delivery charge will be notified during the check-out process.

Only products purchased directly from the website can be exchanged at any AVI Exclusive showrooms. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original store or site from which they were purchased. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.

Exchanges do not apply for sale or discounted items.

Payments can be made by using any Visa and Master credit or debit cards. The facility of Cash on Delivery option is also available. All final payment transactions will be through Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) currency.
